Warranty

Products carry a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, unless the product page says otherwise.

Our wall switches, including 2-way switches, carry a 10 year warranty from the date of purchase, valid if the switch is not burnt. Plates, sockets, fan regulators, bell pushes, MCBs and other items are not included in this 10 year warranty.

• Products that are burnt, or damaged by high voltage, short circuit or lightning.
• Damage caused by wrong installation, misuse or accidents.
• Products repaired or opened by anyone other than an authorized person.

Keep your bill. Call or WhatsApp us at +91 72918 20365 with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will guide you, and for many brands we handle the claim with the brand for you.

Some products, such as water purifiers and air conditioners, follow the brand's own warranty and service terms (for example, an annual maintenance plan after the first year). The product page or the brand's papers have the details, and we will tell you when you ask.
