Shipping & delivery

Orders are delivered within 12 to 24 hours. If you order before 5 pm, we aim to deliver the same day. Delivery times can change on holidays or in bad weather, and we will call you if there is a delay.

• Within 5 km of the shop: ₹100. Free on orders of ₹2,999 or more.
• Beyond 5 km: ₹150. Free on orders of ₹5,999 or more.
• Pick up from the shop (Pay at shop): no delivery charge.

We deliver to addresses in and around Delhi. The distance is measured from the shop to the map pin on your address, and the exact delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹10,000 in the pincodes 110045, 110075, 110077.

Choose Pay at shop and we will keep your order ready for 24 hours. Come to the shop, pay, and take your items. If you do not come within 24 hours, the order is cancelled automatically.

Please check the packing before you accept the parcel. If something looks damaged or wrong, tell the delivery person and call us at +91 72918 20365 straight away. Our Returns & Refunds page explains what happens next.

Your order may include a free welcome gift from the shop while this offer runs. It is delivered with your order, or handed to you at the shop. The gift can change from time to time.
