• Your email address (to sign you in) and your name.
• Your phone number and delivery addresses, including the map pin you choose.
• Your orders and notes, and how you pay (we do not store card or UPI details).
• Your profile photo, if you add one.
• Basic technical data, such as your browser type, so the site works properly.

• To take, deliver and support your orders, and to send order updates.
• To calculate delivery charges from the distance to your address.
• To prevent misuse and keep the site secure.
• To issue GST invoices and keep records the law requires.

Only the shop's staff can see your orders and contact details, so they can serve you. We do not sell your data. We use trusted services to run the website (for hosting, database, email and, later, online payments). They handle your data only to provide their service. If a payment company is used, your payment details go to them directly and not through our shop.

We keep your account and orders while you use the shop. Invoices and order records are kept as long as tax and business law require.

You can see and change your name, phone, addresses and photo in your account. To delete your account or ask what we hold about you, email ekalra2911@gmail.com. We will reply as soon as we can.

We use only the small files needed to keep you signed in, remember your cart and your light or dark theme. We do not use them to track you across other websites.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
